I am Dr. Ryan Gamble, founder of Plant Based PhD and a devoted advocate of evidence-based nutrition. My journey has been marked by extensive research, including a significant epidemiological study on the impact of nutrition on health outcomes, and a PhD related to health and human performance. My academic and professional path has deepened my expertise in nutrition and, intertwined with my passion for exercise and mindfulness techniques, created a holistic approach to wellness.

 

My research led to a pivotal realization: the optimal diet for disease prevention and longevity is a whole food plant based (WFPB) diet. This evidence-based approach forms the core of Plant Based PhD, where we specialize in guiding individuals towards improved health through a transition to a WFPB diet.
